Shipping & Order Processing
We ship both in-house and through partnered third-party networks, so shipping and delivery times may vary across products.
Personalized and Print-On-Demand orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after they have been placed. Regular orders ship within 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that shipping and delivery times vary depending on the product and fulfillment method.
We do our best to provide accurate shipping and delivery estimates during your checkout process.
If you are hoping to get an order delivered by a certain date as part of a gift or event, we highly encourage you to reach out to us. We will work with you to ensure that your order can be delivered on time. Please consider placing your order in advance.

Shipping & Delivery Issues
In case of package theft, we encourage you to contact your local authorities.
If you encounter issues with your order, such as:
- Lost or missing package
- Package was delivered to the wrong address
- Package was delivered late and outside the estimated delivery window
- Delivery carrier is unable to deliver to your address
- You are unable to accept the delivery
Please contact us at your earliest convenience. Provide your name, order details, and a brief description of the issue you are experiencing.
We will work with you to provide a suitable solution, and may offer a full refund or order replacement in certain situations.
Return Policy
Products purchased from our store can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your product must be in the same condition and original packaging that you received it
- Your product must be unworn, unused, and not damaged or altered
- We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
- Exceptions and non-returnable products: Food & perishable products, personal beauty care products, and certain clothing accessories, such as masks and undergarments.
Important: You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
If you need assistance with a shipping label, we can help provide the shipping label, but the shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.
Personalized Products
- Products that are personalized with your custom options cannot be returned and refunded.
- We highly encourage you to double check and verify that your personalized request is accurate and that you are happy with your selection before placing your order.
If you receive a product with a defect or has the incorrect personalized text, contact us at your earliest convenience. Please be prepared to provide your order details, a brief description of the issue, and an image of the product that shows the defect or incorrect personalization.
We will work with you to provide a replacement at no additional cost, or a full refund. You do not need to return defective/incorrect merchandise.
Exchanges
The fastest way to process an exchange and get the exchange you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If your product has not been confirmed for shipping, please contact us immediately to make any changes to your order before it is shipped.
Damages and Issues
In the unfortunate event that there is an problem with your order, a shipping related issue or damage to your product, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will work with you to evaluate the problem and provide assistance towards a suitable solution.
In case of package theft, we encourage you to contact your local authorities.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return a Product
- We highly encourage you to submit a return request by contacting us first. This will help to expedite the process and avoid any potential issues.
- If your product is eligible for return and meets the criteria above, ship the product to the address below:
- Ensure that you include your name and order number on a note inside the package, or as details on the ship to address. We encourage you to contact us first so we know to expect your return and provide a faster refund processing time.
- Pack the merchandise carefully and securely to reduce the risk of damage.
Refund Information
Products that meet the return policy criteria and are delivered to our address within the 30 day return window will be refunded IN FULL.
- Refunds will only be processed for products returned and received to our address detailed above, and are in an acceptable condition as detailed above.
- Ineligible returns, such as personalized or non-returnable goods, that are sent to our address will not be accepted and a refund will not be processed.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- Gifts that are not personalized can be returned, but a online store credit will be issued.
You will receive a notification once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company processing times.
If you do not receive your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions and policy in our sole discretion.Special Requests

IMPORTANT: All special request add-on fees are one-per-product. Meaning that you cannot use one add-on fee for multiple product personalization's. If you are purchasing multiple products, you will need to match the quantity of add-ons per the number of products you are submitting a special request for.

We will reach out to you to confirm before processing and shipping your order.
Please keep in mind that special requests are subject to conditions, and it may not be possible to fulfill some requests, based on conditions such as, but not limited to:
- Material or product quantity availability.
- Designs, fonts, and text characters not recommended for a quality finish.
- Placement requests or additional lines of text may not fit on the product.

However, you may choose to include the add-on to the cart yourself and make the purchase.
We will look for your order notes, email, message form, or reach out to you ourselves so that we know what the special request is before processing and shipping your order.
Please note that there will be delays in shipping the order out if we do not hear from you in a timely manner.
Any special request upcharge that is ultimately not used will be refunded in full.
